On Wednesday, Nov. 30 at noon, Libertas Real Estate Founder Justin Thorstad and Kelly Beresford, business development manager for Magnus Title Agency, are hosting a workshop for those who are interesting in learning more about real estate investing.

The session, held at Libertas Real Estate’s Goodyear location, will offer creative financing strategies (without large down payments) and answer questions that will help people kick off their investment careers including:

                “How (and where) do I find the best flips?”

                “What properties are best for cash flow and where can I find them?”

                “Where do I find the money?”
