David Calzaretta, founder and leader singer of Maggie Speaks, the world-renowned cover band that has performed in 13 countries and 34 states, is thrilled to announce his Chicago-based cover band will perform with Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts this summer. The concert takes place as part of VetFest on Thursday, June 13 at CD & ME located at 23320 S. LaGrange Rd.

“This is the first time Maggie Speaks will be performing with these two country legends and to say we are excited is an understatement,” says Calzaretta, who founded the cover band in 1998. Maggie Speaks has since become Chicagoland’s most popular cover band. “We can’t wait to take the stage and give our audience an incredible performance they won’t soon forget.”

This VetFest performance serves as legendary Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney’s first public show since 2019. VetFest is presented by the Vet Fest141 Foundation, the non-profit organization committed to honoring and serving the U.S. military community through the power of music and supporting veteran-focused organizations.
