Meditation Class

Join us for ½ hour meditation and instruction to Kundalini Maha Yoga.  Kundalini Maha Yoga is an ancient science of consciousness raising.  It is a complete and holistic science covering every aspect of the human condition that can provide many of the benefits listed above.
