2 Venues, 3 Days, 3 Workouts, 1 Great Cause

F13 Performance and SoldierFit Trexelertown are partnering up for a Memorial Day Hero Weekend! We will be sharing facilities and doing the workouts together as a community, from May 25th, until May 27th our two gyms will become one! Memorial Day Weekend is always a special weekend to honor those who paid a price for our Freedom and we are excited to honor them this year in a massive way!

Saturday we will run Murph at F13 Performance. There will be 4 heats (more if necessary) at 8am, 9am, 10am, and 11am! Specific sign up links will be here!

Sunday we will run Bert at SoldierFit Trexelertown. There will be 2 heats. 9am and 10:30am

Monday we will run Laura at F13 Performance. There will be 2 heats. 9am and 10am.
