This will be an easy-going version of the MURPH that focuses on using Kettlebells instead of weighted vests.
We will be breaking up the workout into 20 rounds:
150 Meter run (level up by running it with a kettlebell)
5 pull up variation.
10 push ups
15 squats (level up by doing a goblet squat)
Foundation Training (light) version
6 FT get ups, 5 founders, 4 surf squats
8 point plank (10 decompression breaths)
Anchored back extension 5 elbow taps to overhead sphere of tension
Kettlebell Murph Variation:
Kettlebell (single bell) Burpee into OH squat 10x
150 Meter run (level up by running it with a kettlebell)
