Come Honor the memory of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28, 2005. We will be completing the workout "Murph" together.
("Run 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, run 1 mile with 20 lb weight vest)
We encourage everyone who has not trained specifically for this to scale the workout. Scaling is cool All levels welcome!
