Learn to meditate! Starting in July, join us at Henry Carter Hull Library on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Sarah E. Johnson, LMT will guide you through relaxation techniques and meditation practices that will help you find relief from stress. Bring a blanket or exercise mat and wear comfortable clothes. All levels welcome at this free class. No class in June.
