Nature Camp - Biologists

Thursday, Jul 12, 2018 from 8:30am to 3:00pm

Nature Camp balances farm-focused activities with nature explorations and scientific discovery. Campers play, learn, and grow as they experience Drumlin Farm’s unique and varied habitats. Each day centers on a different nature or farm-animal theme. Daily activities include farm chores, gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, nature walks, games, songs, and nature reflection time.

Entering Grades 4–5
Become a Drumlin Farm scientist! From ponding and bug catching to weather experiments and geology, we will explore the natural history, wildlife, and ecosystems of the sanctuary. This program is designed to enhance campers’ understanding of natural sciences and lay a foundation for scientific exploration. Whether finding frogs, eating ice cream ‘‘glaciers,’’ or learning about climate change through experiments, this program is all about hands-on learning.

Please note: This program focuses on science and not  farm activities.
