Nature Camp balances farm-focused activities with nature explorations and scientific discovery. Campers play, learn, and grow as they experience Drumlin Farm’s unique and varied habitats. Each day centers on a different nature or farm-animal theme. Daily activities include farm chores, gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, nature walks, games, songs, and nature reflection time.

Earthkeepers:

Entering Grades 5–6
Explore our fields and forest as if it were 1,000 years ago. Learn about our dependence on land as well as age-old ways of understanding the natural world through stories, crafts, tools, and native wildlife observation. Discover the relationships among plants, animals, and people, and the resources we share. End the session by camping out on the drumlin—cook over a fire, go on a night hike, and learn how to tread lightly on the land. Tents provided by Drumlin Farm.

Please note: This program focuses on native and pioneer living and not farm activities. The overnight will be held the second Thursday of the session. Camp begins Thursday at 8:30 AM and ends at 9:00 AM on Friday morning.
