Bones and balance class focuses on exercise to improve your balance and to keep your bones strong. The class is open to all ages and varying levels of activity, and is led by a physical therapist. Classes are one hour long and held 2 times per week. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Physician referral is not required for participation.
