Recovering from an injury or just need a break from your work day? Join us for Pilates classes taught by a licensed physical therapist. All classes are primarily Pilates based, but also contain elements of yoga and general conditioning. Since the classes are small, it's easy for the instructor to demo various versions of the exercises, and make personalized modifications to form and technique, in order to make the class suitable for a range of fitness levels and/or injuries.
