During this class we will explore breath, healing sounds, gentle movements and stances, visualization, meditation, and self-massage to optimize your health.
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and flat soled, flexible, non-skid shoes. Feel free to bring water to drink and a journal for notes.
