If you enjoy walking to improve your health, the Senior Center is more than happy to help motivate you. To get started, all you need to do is stop by the Senior Center and pick up a log book and start walking and recording those miles. Indoor walking is available for those age 60+ at the Senior Center Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm in the downstairs area. Be sure to sign in. Call the Senior Center for more information.
