Smoke Free for Life is a quit smoking program for adults that is designed to help you quit and to stay quit. Over the series of eight classes (1 1/2 hours in length), the participant will learn how to make a personal quit plan and prepare for quit day. Ways to keep your motivation high and your goal in sight are stressed. Other topics addressed are weight control, stress and the art of positive self-talk. Once you quit, the classes will provide strategies and tools to help you stay smoke free.
