It’s soup season in the Powisset Kitchen!
As autumn’s chill fills the air, we all turn to soup for warmth and nourishment. In this popular hands-on class with Chef Thi, you’ll learn to create seasonal soups sure to be a hit with family and friends. The focus will be on three hearty soups; when accompanied by a salad and fresh bread these soups make a perfect fall dinner. You’ll learn to make Avgolemono, the traditional Greek Lemon Chicken Soup, a hearty Vegetable and Chickpea Stew, and delicately flavored Potato Leek Soup. So delicious and comforting!

Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
Recipes to take home.
At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.
