For 17 days and nights each spring, Spoleto Festival USA fills Charleston, South Carolina’s historic theaters, churches and outdoor spaces with performances by renowned artists as well as emerging performers in opera, theater, dance, and chamber, symphonic, choral, jazz, and folk music. Now approaching its 47th season, Spoleto Festival USA is internationally recognized as America’s premier performing arts festival.

11:00am: Bank of America Chamber Music - music
Highlighting a broad range of repertoire spanning centuries, many of the world’s chamber music luminaries perform eleven riveting programs at the historic Dock Street Theatre.
1:00pm: Bank of America Chamber Music - music

6:00pm: Music in Time - music
Two unconventional programs feature music from the cutting-edge: provocative and meditative selections reflecting on time, place, and humanity.
7:30pm: An Iliad - theater
Tony Award-winner Denis O’Hare stars in this radical retelling of Homer’s epic, crafting a sweeping account of humanity’s unshakable attraction to violence, destruction, and chaos.
