This advanced class is for those who've taken Strength & Balance class before and were recommended by the Level I instructor to take Level II. This advanced class will help increase strength, mobility, coordination & balance.The class incorporates breathing & relaxation, core exercises, an aerobic warm-up & resistance exercises using body weight, free weights and resistance cords. Exercises are performed standing, sitting and/or on the floor. Modifications are made for mobility-impaired individuals. Gym shoes required.
