Stress Relief Ongoing Drop-in Group

This class uses mindfulness, heartfulness, body awareness techniques and creativity to bring greater well-being into our daily lives.Participants will learn practices that cultivate mental and emotional balance to allow more skillful management of challenges with illness and daily life. Themes vary from month to month, but students can join at any time.This group is for those who have had or are dealing with cancer or another illness, for friends, family, support people and professional caregivers.
