Taking Charge of My Life and Health

This 9 week course will take a deeper look into your health goals, provide health and wellness education regarding the Eight Whole Health Components of Proactive Health and Wellbeing. Veteran will sample Complementary Health approaches such as Yoga and Tai Chi as well as establish a Personalized Health Plan.
