When golfers play a round at Sundance Golf Club, one of the West Valley’s best-kept secrets located at 900 S. Sundance Parkway, they now have the opportunity to enjoy an elevated dining experience thanks to the all-new 19th Hole at Sundance. Chef Laura McMillin serves as director of food and beverage for the restaurant, which offers a variety of familiar dishes as well as international flavors.

“Being multi-faceted and quality-focused has allowed me to develop a menu that delivers exceptional dining experiences for our guests,” said McMillin, who brings more than 16 years of culinary leadership to her role. “We are thrilled to provide an elevated menu that offers a little something for everyone. We look forward to serving the community and visitors for many years.”

The 19th Hole features a hearty array of lunch, dinner and dessert selections throughout the week along with brunch offerings on Saturdays and Sundays. Lunch and dinner options include starters such as Lucky’s Smoked Chicken Wings, Nachos as Samosas, a variety of salads like the Wedge Salad, the 19th Hole Cobb and the Caesar Salad as well as Crafted Handhelds such as the Rueben Sandwich, Flame Grilled Burger or Classic Hot Dog.

Guests can also indulge in flavorful main dishes such as Fried Chicken Poutine, Pan-Seared Norwegian Trout and Tagliatelle Verde. Pizza lovers will find a variety of options from a classic Margherita to the Ooey Gooey featuring mac and cheese, mozzarella, applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onion and organic red sauce or the Fig and Prosciutto.

To close out their meal, diners will not be disappointed by the decadent Oreo Ice Cream Cake with Hot Chocolate Drizzle, Bombolini (Italian Strawberry-Filled Sugar-Coated Doughnuts) or Beignets, deep fried and served with “tons” of powdered sugar.

Weekenders can dig into the 19th Hole’s scrumptious brunch dishes like the Fried Chicken and Waffle, Hangover Burger, S’Mores Pancakes, Chicken Fried Steak with Biscuits and Gravy, Chilaquiles Rojos with Fried Egg and more. Diners can also enhance their experience with a variety of specialty cocktails, such as the Lavender Lemonade, as well as beer, wine and spirit selections.

Chef Laura McMillin proudly uses ingredients from local purveyors such as Crows Dairy and Noble Bread. Her attention to detail is evident in the variety of flavors and ample options throughout the menu.
