This FREE 2 hour class includes what to expect with your hip or knee replacement surgery and your recovery.

You will learn: how to prepare for surgery so you are at your best, exercises you can complete before your surgery, post-operative nursing care, pain management, prevention of post-operative problems, and discharge planning.

A mask will be provided to you if you do not have one. Without a mask, you are not permitted to be in public areas of our facility, which includes the conference center where the class is held, under our guidelines and the advice of public officials.
