Who Should Attend: Managers, Cooks, Chefs, Waitstaff, Bartenders, Supervisors, Owners, Culinary Teachers, Dietary Aides, Caterers and anyone who prepares, handles, or serves food to the public.
What You Receive: Upon successful completion of the exam (a passing score is 75% or higher) you will receive a ServSafe® Certificate from the National Restaurant Association issued through the state partner, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce. Certificates are valid for five years.
