This beginner level, virtual class starts with a gentle qigong warm-up and guides you through a short tai chi sequence focused on the fundamental movement principles of balance, breath, body awareness and integration. This form of moving meditation will help you manage stress while building resilience, vitality and serenity.
No equipment necessary. Primary care physician (PCP) clearance and referral required: Ask your PCP for clearance and a referral under Whole Health Movement Participation Medical Clearance.
