Wellness for Warriors is a health-based education class designed to introduce Veterans, Active Military and First Responders to a variety of mind and body connection methods that provide stress relief and overall well-being.
Each week's class will cover different topics specifically for the Warrior population, focusing on recovering from the unique challenges of their positions serving others. Subjects like stress management, sleep disorders, nutrition, exercise and mind/body connection will be addressed by learning exercises like yoga, meditation, Tai Chi and more!
