Yoga Class

Our program combines movements needed for physical health with breathing and meditation techniques to promote peace of mind.

Modern research has shown that regular practice of yoga can reduce blood pressure, improve ability to resist stress and ease health problems ranging from arthritis and arteriosclerosis to asthma and heart conditions.
