A Free class for those who have served: veterans, active duty military personnel, and first responders. Self-regulation is a necessary skill for maintaining emotional well being. In this class you will use yoga postures and your breath (your body’s natural self-regulating tool) to work towards a state of equilibrium and equanimity. Our goal is to provide a safe space and supportive community, allowing you to relax and repair both your mind and body.
