Join us for the 40th annual Enfield Fourth of July Town Celebration, on the Enfield Town Green.

We plan to have all the great events you've seen in the past, including our Marketplace, Community Demonstrations, Kid's Activities, Parade, Road Race, Taste of Enfield, Teen Zone (including the Battle of the Bands), and even more as we celebrate this milestone!

July 6, 2024

9am: 5K Road Race

Join us for a 5K run through Old Thompsonville Village along our race course ending down historic Enfield Street! Sponsored by Fleet Feet of Longmeadow, racers (serious and recreational) come from all over New England to enjoy our event. We offer a great atmosphere, cash prizes, trophies, medals, refreshments and fun! T-shirts go to the first 150 to sign up this year!

A beverage of your choice will be provided to all participants as part of your registration (must have ID for alcohol).

We also offer a 1K race for kids under 14. Participants receive ribbons and the top finishers win medals. Fruit and other refreshments are provided.

Registration for the kids' races is only available on Race Day.

Registration for the 5K race on the day of the race begins at 7:30 AM at the corner of North Main St and the Town Hall Access road on the Higgins Green. Hope to see you there!!

10:00 am to 5:00 pm: Community Tables and Demonstrations - $50

Are you interested in having a Community Table at the event?  Our tables provide space for you to advocate and educate about your organization within our Craft and Vendor Marketplace, and steps from our Corporate Grove, providing the opportunity for tons of foot traffic.

11 am: Theme - Saluting Our Veterans, Heroes At Home - Independence Day Parade

The Committee is proud to hold our annual Independence Day Parade.

Join us along Enfield Street from the Olde Enfield Town Hall and march two miles down Historic Enfield St. to the Town Green.

All local organizations, groups, churches, and bands are invited to join us.

July 7, 2024

9:30 pm: Fireworks

Join us for the Grand Finale of the Enfield Fourth of July Town Celebration! Set beautifully to a one-of-kind soundtrack, join thousands of friends and family for the largest fireworks display in Northern Connecticut. It's recommended you show up early to grab a seat up front for this can't-miss show!

The display will be filled with all the color and fanfare America's Independence Day deserves. Choreographed by the "World Famous Zambelli's Family", Enfield's big blast is guaranteed to please all who attend!
