Join us for the first ever 5K-nine fun run Following the De Soto Days festival, this family and fur-friendly event is being presented by the local rescue Always & Furever Midwest Animal Sanctuary and the De Soto Veterinary Clinic.
Come out to see some adorable adoptable dogs, get some fun exercise, and help make a difference in the lives of homeless pups in need! Participants are encouraged to bring their own furry friends as long as they promise to play nice with others.
Starting at De Soto High School, the race will run west down 91st Street and loop around Lexington Lake Park, then returning up 91st Street and ending back at the High School.
