Animals Will Not Be Unloaded or Weighed Without A Completed Quality Assurance Form

8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: Tagging and weighing of swine

11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: Office opens for registration and receipt of record books (Please register as soon as possible after 11:00 a.m.)

11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: Weighing of steers

3:00 p.m.: All exhibitors must be on grounds and registered at the office

3:00 p.m.: Tagging and weighing of lambs

5:00 p.m.: Exhibitors Meeting at Sales Arena

6:00 p.m.: Adult Fitting and Showing

May 1, 2023

6:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.: Chuck Wagon Breakfast

8:45 a.m.-9:15 a.m.: Fitting and showing demonstrations for all divisions

9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.: Judging Contest for Future Farmers of America and 4-H members, (Six classes of Market Stock will be judged)

11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Orals for 4-H Intermediate and Seniors- Optional for Juniors on BEEF

12:00 p.m.: Lunch Break

12:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.: Judging and classification of Beef, Swine, and Lambs

5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Ice Cream Social

May 2, 2023

8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.: Selection of Grand Champions of all classes. Lambs, Swine, Beef

10:30 a.m.: Fitting & Showing of Swine Lambs, And Beef Senior Divisions

11:30 a.m.: Round Robin

12:30 p.m.: Continuation of Fitting and Showing all divisions

4:30 p.m.: Beef Bar B-Q

6:30 p.m.: Bus leaves for skating party

7:00 - 9:30 p.m.: Roller-skating party - Skateland, Union Gap
Blue ticket to get in or else it is full price at the door

May 3, 2023

7:00-8:30 a.m.: Coffee and doughnuts

8:00-9:00 a.m.: Awards Presentation

9:00 a.m.: Sale Begins Beef, Swine, and Lambs
