Application Deadline is September 16, 2022

Up to seven newly constructed, two-bedroom single-family townhomes are offered to be sold before the end of the year, as part of the Below Market Rate (BMR) program.  The units require a minimum occupancy of two people and have price ranges from $487,584 to $525,499. Applications are due on September 16 by 5:00pm.

Interested applicants are encouraged to start the pre-approval process right away in order to submit all requested documentation ahead of the deadline. 

Application documentation will be reviewed after the drawing.
