From: Alameda Free Library

Our school group performance is full - thanks to all who entered the lottery, and condolences to those who weren't selected this time around. Please encourage students and their families to attend this public performance at 3:30pm on 11/2!

Middle and high school students may sign up for Girls Who Code Club now! The club will be held most Thursdays in the Main Library's Computer Lab from 3:30pm-4:45pm, beginning November 3rd. Interested students may contact Paola Claros, [email protected].

Ideal for children ages 5-8, this storytime incorporates longer songs and stories. Parents and caregivers must remain in the library during the program. Come discover your new favorite books,!

School Age Storytime

What's a Book Tasting? No, this is not an episode of "Is It Cake?". Students sample several middle grade novels as we "book pass" (in person visit) or watch book trailers (virtual visit), start a list of TBR's (in person) or learn how to generate a digital list (virtual), and listen to an excerpt read by yours truly. 3rd - 8th Grades teachers, schedule yours today! https://www.alamedafree.org/PROGRAMS-SERVICES/Childrens-Services/Educators
