TICKETS

We have set up a temporary waiting room to improve user experience on the site and allow for everyone to have an equal opportunity for festival tickets! A few important details:

- The website will refresh at 10:00am - there is no need to hover on the site prior. At the official start of sales, the queue is refreshed and everyone has the same chance to buy tickets. 
-At 10:00am the website will refresh, and you will encounter a captcha page before entering the queue. 
- Do not hit refresh in the wait room. The page will update automatically. 
- Tickets are limited to 2 per show, but you can buy from as many shows as you like. 
- Tickets have 6 mins to check out from the moment you place them in your cart. You can add multiple events to your cart at once. 
- There are no refunds per our admission policies. Under NO circumstances do we recommend you purchase tickets from strangers or third parties. Please be careful of ticket scammers, as the American Cinematheque cannot provide compensation or reimbursement. 
-Shudder Theatre at Los Feliz 3 events as well as other special free screenings have different ticketing windows, check site for details!
