On Friday, a deadly tornado tore through Mississippi and Alabama, killing at least 25 people and damaging at least 2,000 structures. With more severe weather coming, our teams are continuing to help communities across the South.

At least 280 American Red Cross disaster responders have been deployed to work around the clock with partners and local officials, opening shelters, serving meals and providing emergency assistance to those in need.
