Creativity and innovation duel for space at 440 Gallery's 19th Annual Small Works Show, a winter favorite for gallery followers and art collectors alike.

Grace R. Freedman, Ph.D., the juror for this show, thoughtfully curated a collection of 83 works chosen from nearly 575 artists to showcase that size does matter. Artworks range from traditional painting and sculpture to photography and digital works, each measuring no more than 12" in all dimensions.

Arts Gowanus artist Jon Bunge has co-curated Show Up and Show Out, a group exhibit featuring artwork by 17 neurodiverse artists.

Presented by AHRC New York City and the W83 Ministry Center, the exhibit showcases paintings, drawings, and fiber art created by participants of AHRC’s Fisher Center adult day services where Jon works as an art consultant. The exhibit was co-curated by artist Naomi Lawrence, who teaches weaving and fiber art at Fisher Center.
