A Note From Your Chamber Board

Have you noticed that most of Hallmark Christmas movies have a small, old town background integrated to their stories?

Why do I bring this up? Because our town is like one of those small, old towns in a Hallmark Christmas movie.

Just go out and walk on Lincoln Way or Old Town and Downtown Auburn. You may find that you are walking in one of those magical towns in a Hallmark movie. How about the Festival of Lights that brings thousands of people together to enjoy a wonderful time of the year in our small town? Now, that is one fairytale event that you will not find in a Hallmark movie ? This town is different because of the people who live here, work here and own businesses here. They are kind and generous.

Yes. Our town is special! It special because we support ideas that benefit this community.

I am very grateful to be able to work in our beautiful community, and as the newest Board Member for the Auburn Chamber, I look forward to becoming more immersed in this community.

Happy Holidays!
