A Note From Your Chamber Board President

With the second quarter firmly behind us and in the afterglow of the Auburn Family Fourth celebration, we have a great deal to be thankful for. The Chamber ambassadors continue to conduct several ribbon cuttings for new businesses each month. As the 2022 Leadership Auburn class draws to a close, registration for 2023 has already begun to fill up. New faces mix in among the familiar ones at our events around town and we can truly say we enjoy a vibrant and diverse landscape of commerce in Auburn. I'm grateful to be part of this community of entrepreneurs who believe that success means working in the community. It doesn't matter if you're a service or retail provider, brick and mortar or totally online, whether your primary consumer is local or abroad, we are all more for it when we all come to the table. My term as President is more than half over already but I recall the poignant prose of Robert Frost "...miles to go before I sleep."

RBS Training

Do you have a license to serve alcohol? As most of you are aware, Responsible Beverage Serving is the new alcohol training that requires all servers of alcohol and managers of alcohol servers be trained by August 31st . We have two training sessions instructed by Jerry J. Jolly & Associates scheduled. After this class you will be able to go online with ABC (separate charge of $3 collected at time of test) and get the certification required by the State to serve alcohol.

Llamas and Pajamas Summer Movie Night

Llamas and Pajamas is BACK for a fantastic Summer 2022 family movie night series! Meet the rescued animals of Blackberry Creek and spend some time in Bert's Book Barn before finding a spot on the lawn to settle in for a movie under the stars!

Tickets are limited and reserved with a minimum suggested donation of $20/person (children under 2 are free). Popcorn and lemonade provided free of charge and vegan desserts available for purchase!

This office is located in the IFC building on El Dorado Street here in Auburn. This is a 169 sq ft executive suite private office which you will have access to common areas like conference room, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
