We had a GREAT time handing out candy to the hundreds of Trick or Treater Friday afternoon. It was so great to see all the families going to all of our small businesses in Downtown and Old Town Auburn! I also love seeing many of the businesses really get into the Holiday and dressing up. Now with the cooler weather, leaves changing color and much needed rain in the forecast, it is finally starting to feel like Fall!

We have a busy week ahead of us as usual. Tomorrow, we have our last but certainly not least Campaign Speaker. Wednesday is our Power Networking Lunch in its new home and Friday and Saturday I have the honor of helping with Sutter Auburn Faith's Faith and Fantasy Ball. Besides Chamber sanctioned events, I think this is one of my favorite events of the year. It's a night my Husband and I get to get all gussied up, leave the kids with a sitter and enjoy an evening of fun, friends and a great cause. We are so lucky to have such an amazing hospital right here in the Auburn Area and what better way to celebrate that, but by raising much needed funds.

Hoops for Heroes

This event seeks to fill Warrior Arena with 1,500 community members and garner support for over 60+ veterans at William Jessup University. We hope to resource the WJU Veterans Center and provide much needed financial support for veteran students whose education benefits have either reached their maximum or have been exhausted, so veterans can have the opportunity to graduate debt-free. Join us in honoring and investing in our student veterans who valiantly served so they can receive a Christ-centered higher education and resources to succeed.
