From: Blue Hill Maritime Heritage Festival

The Festival will be held in Blue Hill's historic village, centered on the scenic waterfront. Various activities will be occurring throughout the day, such as boat building demonstrations, oar carving, traditional boats on display, kiosks of organizations supporting or involved with the bay. On the water there will be more boats, demonstrations, many offering rides.. Musicians will be adding to the maritime atmosphere with sea shanties and fiddle tunes.

10am-11am: "Boat Show" - Boat Ramp
Meet boats & owners while waiting for the tide

10am - 4pm: Traditional Boats on Display - Town Wharf
Boat rides, demonstrations

10am-2pm: Blue Hill Community Rowing - Town Dock
Introductory Coastal Crew Rowing

10am-4pm: Shaw Institute Blue Hill Bay Marine Science - Shaw Institute
Touch tank, microscopes

10am-4pm: Blue Hill Historical Society - Holt and Carriage House
Museum, sea captains' artifacts

10:30 am: Leftovers - Holt House Lawn
Eclectic local band

12pm: Brooklin Town Band - Holt House Lawn
