Networking Skills to Advance Businesses & Careers

Learn tips for making conversations that build relationships with social conversation and business-etiquette expert Janet Parnes. You'll gain practical networking techniques that relieve awkwardness and build relationships to further businesses and careers. Janet will discuss strategies for starting, maintaining, and ending a conversation, tips for virtual networking, words that create an instant connection, and solutions to common networking conundrums.      

Teen Craft: Autumn Art
Saturday, Nov. 12, 3-4pm
Relax and get crafty in the library while you make some autumnal decorations! Ages 12-18 are welcome to hangout and paint some real leaves with different designs. Registration required.
