Bright Lights Christmas Festival on December 1 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. will take place in Downtown Southington and include the following free family activities:

Ornament-Making at SoCCA
Visits with Santa at American Legion
Polar Express Children's Train Ride
Mr. Magic and other Entertainment on the Mobile Stage
Letters to Santa with Southington United Way on the Green
Candy Cane Hunt on the Green
Victorian Carolers and Tours of the Holiday Exhibit, "Tidings of Yester Year: Celebrating Christmas Across Generations" at The Barnes Museum
First Congregational Church Tag Sale and Activities
Bon Fire with Mr. Korp
