Centerville, MA - The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod and the Hyannis Area Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce that the Catania Family have been named Honorary Chairs of the 28th Annual Citizens Bank Pops by the Sea concert.
Over the past 40 years, the Catania family has grown the Catania Hospitality Group from a single family restaurant to an award-winning collection of restaurants, resorts and spas. V.J. Catania instilled his high standards and work ethic in his six children, who have each contributed to the company's growth and success and have each contributed their energy and support to the Cape Cod community. The group now consists of six Hearth 'n Kettles, the Dan'l Webster Inn and Spa, the Cape Codder Resort & Spa, the John Carver Inn & Spa and three Beach Plum Spas/Med-Spas.
According to Arts Foundation of Cape Cod Executive Director, Kevin Howard, " We are delighted to recognize, through the Honorary Chair program, a family that has contributed a great deal to the community, including through their philanthropic support of the arts"

The 28th Annual Citizens Bank Pops by the Sea will feature the only Cape appearance of The Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra under the direction of conductor Keith Lockhart. The concert, viewed by an annual audience of 15,000, is scheduled for August 11, 2013, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the Hyannis Village Green.

General Admission Lawn Seats are $25 each, $30 the day of the concert. One child under the age of 10 is admitted free per adult ticket purchased.
Proceeds from the August 11 concert enable the Arts Foundation to fulfill its mission to support, promote, and celebrate the arts and culture of Cape Cod year-round. The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, Barnstable County's regional arts agency, provides artistic, cultural, and educational programs in every town on Cape Cod, with an emphasis on supporting arts education initiatives, individual artists, and cultural organizations throughout the year.
