CDC restrictions on cruise lines lifted again with latest court ruling

An appeals court reversed a ruling made just a week ago, again changing the restrictions cruise companies must abide by to get back to regularly scheduled operations during the pandemic. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's conditional sail order impacting cruise lines in the U.S. is no longer in effect after a Friday ruling by the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
