Private Lessons (1 on 1) are 30 minutes in length and tailored to fit the participant's skill level ( adults welcome to take private lessons)
Semi-Private (2-3 on 1) and Group (5-7 on 1) lessons are broken into Red Cross Swim to Live levels. If you are unsure about your Childs level please put them in a lower level and we will test and move them
Aqua Tot Lessons At Encinal are Saturday and Sunday This session
Lessons taught by Certified Water Safety Instructors
*No lessons on NOV 26 or Nov 27
*Parents must stay outside the gate
*Locker rooms are open
New Class: Competitive Swim Lessons
This class is designed to focus on the 4 main competitive strokes, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, in a structured swim team workout environment. Also, must have previous swim team experience and/or completed Red Cross LVL 4. (1 hour class)
Classes are Available After School and On the Weekends
Our popular summer camp is now a year-round class. This class offers a series of successful techniques that teach a progression of basic skills that promote body balance, spatial awareness, and improved water entry for diving, as well as emphasizing individual fundamental requirements and optional dives to all basic levels of divers. No diving experience is required, but you must be in deep water comfortably and pass a test on the first day of class.

Intro to Water Polo Camp Dec 27-30th 1-4pm
All campers must be able to Show a LVL 4 Card, Swim competitively and Be able to tread water. A swim test will be given the first day. No prior water polo experience is necessary, but participants must be comfortable in deep water. Fundamental water polo drills and swim development are the focus of every practice session. The primary purpose of this camp is to lay the beginning groundwork and skills needed to learn the sport and to introduce young athletes to the great game of water polo. Emphasis will be placed on: learning to eggbeater (tread water), catching and throwing the ball with one hand, passing techniques, swimming with ball, head-up freestyle swimming, and beginning concepts of offense and defense.
