City Of Arroyo Grande to Host Water School

The City of Arroyo Grande will be hosting Water School on June 29, 2022. This class is for any Arroyo Grande citizen that has exceeded their baseline water allotment and received a $50 fine.

Attending Water School does not waive the payment of any fee(s) incurred by customers. Customers who have already paid the fine(s) they incurred will be eligible for a $50 credit on the next water bill following attendance of Water School.

The class will cover five main topics:
- Overview of the City’s Water System;
- Statewide and Local Drought Conditions;
- Basics of Municipal Utility Services;
- The City’s Water Use Regulations and Restrictions;
- Water Conservation Strategies.

The class will be offered in person and virtually on Zoom. In person spaces will be limited to 50 attendees at the City Council Chamber, located at 215. E Branch Street in Arroyo Grande.
