Workforce News:

New research identifies five types of workers that employers can reach to fill jobs: traditionalists, do-it-yourselfers, caregivers and others, idealists and relaxers.

As you source your next team members here are some talent pools you may want to consider:

Veterans, New High School Graduates, CTE (Career & Technical Education) students, interns and or individuals seeking apprenticeships or externships and those changing careers.

If you need assistance with your workforce development needs I am happy to assist you! Give me a call.
