Workforce News
Reconstruction

As this year comes to an end, companies like yourself are already planning their workforce needs for the coming year. As you plan, it may be time to consider construction or re-construction of your paths in your organization to recruit new talent.

As you reconstruct your recruitment practices, consider partnering with a Career Technical Education (CTE) school/program like WESTMEC or BUHS to harness the skills and certifications that align with your needs. In addition to CTE, partnering with a community college or university can capitalize on current or recent graduates in your industry. Another pathway could be the veteran administration, which has a program designed to help those about to complete their service.

Hopefully these reconstruction strategies will aid you as you plan for 2023. If you'd like some more input on construction or re-construction please let me know.
