Join us as we discuss Downtown Buckeye’s future at an upcoming open house meeting!

Buckeye is in the process of creating a new, comprehensive Downtown Specific Area Plan. This plan will work to attract private development interest and guide the city’s future public investment. It will also address the current state of downtown, identify its biggest assets and challenges and set forth policies and concepts for future land use.

Understanding the community’s desires for downtown is critical to the planning process. At the meeting, you will be able to view initial concepts and provide input on Downtown Buckeye’s future.
