Skilled Trades Expo 2022 will host three types of events, both virtual and in-person, to connect employers with job seekers. Reserve your spot for one event, or all three, at no cost! These events will provide you with the opportunity to share information regarding job training, education, and employment.

Virtual Job Fair

April 18 - May 15, 2022

The virtual job fair will be hosted via Pipeline AZ. Employers (like you!) will upload job opportunities and identify a desired skill set for each role. You will not need to be present during the entire event but you will need to follow up with potential "matches" / employees.

Virtual Series

April 25 - 29, 2022

The virtual series gives employers the ability to present their organization and job opportunities virtually to participants. Presentations will be recorded and may be redistributed and/or used in future promotional efforts.

Location: This position will require the tutor to visit students in Buckeye and Goodyear. We prefer that our tutors were able to commute to our students within 20 minutes and those applicants will be considered.

Needed right now a tutor for elementary age reading specialist in Buckeye.

Overview and requirements:  We are currently hiring dynamic tutors to provide tutoring in all subject areas for students ranging from k -12, to college level. Tutors with experience in ACT / SAT Test and Academic Coaching are also being sought. A minimum of an associate degree is required to tutor with us. Tutors must have a passion for the subject they are tutoring and have a high degree of knowledge in that subject. Tutoring experience is a plus! Applicants must be willing to complete a background check. An Arizona teacher certification is a plus.  We provide one-to-one instruction for our students. Our tutors customize the sessions to fit the specific needs of their students'. We find the students for you and place you with local students. As a part-time contractor, your hours are flexible. Typically, our tutors have 1 to 3 students per week. The hours per student varies but is most often 2 to 4 hours weekly.  Make a difference in a student's life by giving them that "Ah-ha!" moment. Position summary:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Stewardship: Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping your assigned area clean, and orderly.

Planning:  Assist your Department Manager to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.

Attendance:   Meet all attendance requirements, available for start of shift at required time, following the attendance rules and regulations of the division.

Minimum qualifications:

- Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.

- Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed.

- You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.

- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.
