The city of Buckeye has been recognized by the Arizona Department of Health Services as a HEART Safe City, showing dedication to improving survival rates from out-of-hospital sudden cardiac arrest by:
Making CPR/AED instruction regularly available
Having public access to defibrillators in high traffic areas
Aggressive resuscitation protocols for first responders

Voter Registration Deadline
If you wish to cast a ballot in the Nov. 8 general election, you'll need to get registered soon. The Arizona voter registration deadline for this election is Oct. 11, a little less than a month before Election Day.
