Buda Mayor to Deliver State of the City Address

City of Buda Mayor Lee Urbanovsky plans to deliver a State of the City Address at noon Wednesday, Nov. 16, in the Multipurpose Room of the Buda Municipal Building, 405 E. Loop St., Buda, TX. This Buda Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) event requires registration.

In past years, the BACC held this event as part of its monthly luncheon series. This year, recognizing the importance in the content and presentation provided, opted to showcase the “State of the City Address” accordingly.

“I want to take this opportunity to provide more than just an overview of city and its surrounding area, but to give our citizens, business owners and operators, prospective businesses, contractors and others who are interested in getting to know us better, the details they need to make informed decisions about their relationships with us,” Urbanovsky said, adding, “I’m proud of how our community is growing in a managed and responsible manner and how city staff is meeting the challenges that come with rapid growth. Buda has so much to offer, and I want to show it off.”

Urbanovsky will be joined by Buda Mayor ProTem Evan Ture and City Manager Micah Grau. To purchase tickets, tables, vendor booths or sponsorships, please contact BACC Interim Executive Director Ken Higdon at 512-295-9999.

[NOTE: This event is open to members of the media. To attend, please contact Buda Director of Communications LaMarriol Smith at 512-496-3743 by noon Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022.]
